This page explains how AIME approaches personal data in connection with the AI Micro-Drama Europe competition website, contact forms, submissions, and related communications.
When you contact AIME, register interest, submit information, or communicate with the organizers, we may collect your name, email address, role or category, message content, submission details, and technical information needed to keep the website secure.
If you use the submission page, form responses are processed through Tally. The data you provide there may include contact details, project information, and uploaded or linked submission materials requested by the competition.
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, manage participation, review competition materials, provide upload or submission instructions, communicate about the event, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the website.
The website currently uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam protection, Resend for email delivery, Tally for submission forms, locally hosted fonts for typography, and OVH for website hosting. These providers may process limited technical data as part of their services.
We keep contact messages and submission-related records only for as long as reasonably needed for competition administration, communication, legal, security, or archival purposes. If a project enters a later agreement, separate written terms may define additional retention periods.
You may contact AIME to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data where applicable. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or competition administration.
